Angeline is a one hundred (160) acre single family residential development which gives its residents the experience of country living yet minutes from Mississippi’s capital city, Jackson. The development will be done in three phases: Angeline, Angeline by the Lake and The Crossing at Angeline. Situated on King Ranch road in Madison County near Canton, Angeline offers approximately three hundred forty two (342) lots sufficient to build homes with a minimum of sixteen hundred (1600) square feet and a maximum of 2100 square feet. This subdivision seeks to provide upscale affordable housing for working families. The development will be governed by a homeowners association with required membership that attaches to each lot. These amenities set Angeline apart from other developments offering these size homes. Angeline will begin development early 2008 with ninety-one (91) lots. This phase encompasses approximately thirty one (31) acres. Phase II, Angeline by the Lake consisting of two hundred sixty (169) lots encompasses approximately sixty one (61) acres is expected to be available January 2009. The final phase, The Crossing at Angeline encompasses eighty one (82) lots involving nineteen acres is expected to be completed by June 2010.
